We work to help you build a service plan efficiently, and reference timelines such as "about two weeks" are estimates, not promises. Eligibility, approvals, service authorizations, and timelines are determined by the State of Minnesota, counties, tribal nations, and other agencies — not by North Star. We cannot guarantee any particular result.
